sick chicken

i have a chicken that just stopped walking its been 5 days and she has not moved i have been giving her water and trying to get her to move but she wont .she is a free range and up to the day she stopped walking she was great i have had her along time shes been a good 1 !! as bad as i hate to i am going to put her down tonight unless some one can tell me whats wrong and if she can get better !!
