Sick chicken

My chicken has been not laying eggs for a few weeks, she’s been losing feathers on her neck, wings, and bottom. There are no mites/lice on the bird what is causing it?

How old is she?
My first thought was that she is molting.

Photos would help, but if she's over a year old, my guess is also molting.

At that age you are used to molting around this time of year. Does she normally molt this way every year?
On a side note, some of my ladies have stopped laying for the season. The change in sunlight is slowly happening and the 40 degrees last night is a bad sign for this winter... it's going to be cold.
