Welcome To BYC!

Can you post some photos?
How old is he?
Where are you in the world - US or another country?
Any bad odors?

Check his crop what does it feel like? Look inside his beak too - any lesions, yellow or white pasty material?
Is there any bubbles or pus in the closed eye? Flush the eye with saline to get a good look, if there is any pus, remove it and apply an eye ointment like Terramycin or plain neosporin.

Mucous coming from the nostrils isn't good either, try to wipe that away periodically.

Is he new to your flock? Separate him out if you need to and see that he's staying hydrated.
Once he's drinking, then see if he will eat a little food - see if he would take interest in some wet feed with bits of scrambled egg.

The symptoms you describe sound like respiratory disease. There are several - Mycoplasma symptoms can be treated with an antibiotic like Tylosin, Denagard or a Tetracycline.
Infectious Bronchitis is a virus and has to run it's course, Tylosin or a Tetracycline can be used to treat secondary infection.
Respiratory disease make birds and those exposed carriers of the disease, so do some reading up on that. If you have the resources to have vet care or testing that would be a good idea.

Depending on your goals, sometimes culling bird that is very sick may be a better option.

You would need to order online, looks like most places are back ordered. You could use Baytril, but do keep in mind it's banned for use in poultry. Since this is a cockerel it might be o.k. if you are not planning on processing him for meat.
