Mike's Falconry sells a Doxycy
That sounds a bit more like he has coryza now. You can try Tylosin powder in his water for 5 days, 1 tsp per gallon of water. Or use sulfadimethoxine which is better for coryza. I would flush his eyes with saline and wipe the goo off, and use Terramycin or plain Neosporin in each eye twice a day. Here is a link where to buy tylosin for MG and possibly coryza:
https://jedds.com/products/tylosin-powder
And another link to buy sulfa or Medicox for coryza.

Would a Tylan/Doxycycline blend provide any advantage? Mikesfalconry.com sells it, and it is a little bit less expensive. I am always pinching pennies! I have no information about the difference in effect though. I figure more info is always better. I sure hope you can get him past the problem! Mycoplasm has a truly awful, and in my experience distinctive, smell. Nasty stuff, for sure, and very contagious.

Coryza is said to have a bad odor. MG is not known to have the bad odor that coryza has.

Doxycycline and Tylosin both treat MG. Tylosin alone is good to use. Or doxy. No need to use both together in my opinion. Coryza is better treated with sulfa antibiotics, such as sulfadimethoxine, sulfa trimeth, etc. Tylosin has no egg withdrawal time, while doxycycline and sulfa have a month egg withdrawal time.
