Sick chicken

We have a sick hen. She’s a year old. Hasn’t layed an egg in 2 days. Her wattle has become discolored. Not moving much and seems lethargic.
Im going out to get Pedialyte. Anything else we should be aware of?

What do her poops look like? Poultry NutriDrench from you feed store would be even better than electrolytes, and dosage is 2 ml daily by mouth. Can you look her over for tiny bugs (mites or lice) under her vent, belly, and elsewhere on the skin? Offer some plian water, a few bits of scrambled eeg or tuna, and wet chicken feed. Is her tail held up or down? Her wings look a bit low, so I would try to get her drinking.

Check her crop to see if it is empty or full, hard or puffy. Was she ever vaccinated for anything?

Thanks so much for your response. We got the feed but she died just after lunch today. She was totally fine yesterday so I have no idea what could of happened.
