Sick chicken

So my sweet girl Henrietta started acting strange 2 days ago. She stands facing a corner as if in timeout, she’s hardly eating and when I pick her up water or liquid comes out of her mouth. I searched and cannot figure out what’s wrong with her. She comes to me as if saying help me but other than that she’s not acting normal. I have her in her own pen today. Anyone experienced this before?

If fluid is coming from her beak, then I would begin treating her for crop issues.

Does she lay eggs? How old is she?
