Sick chicken

Hello! We have a total of 5 chickens and they are about 4 months old. One of them started to look ill yesterday. Somewhat lethargic, a couching like sound, cleaning its beak. We started to give it electrolytes and separated her from the coop.
Any advice/ideas of what she might have and how to treat would be greatly appreciated.
