Sick chicken

Hi all relatively new to chicken keeping, have 2 pet birds for a year. Been fairly healthy with just one blocked crop. One of my ladies is off her food with droopy crop, discolored tongue and possibly blocked crop again. Have tried clearing crop. She seems a bit listless. Have tried to find a vet that treats chicken only one I could find 200 miles away and is off with COVID. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
