Sick chicken

I've got a sick chicken. No respiratory issues. Shes very lethargic and her poop is runny and green/yellow/white. Picture attached. I've got her separated. She was laying but hasnt laid in a couple of days. I didn't feel an egg in her when I palpated. I've got probiotics, corrid and some antibiotics I could try. Any ideas and do any of those sound appropriate to try?

How old is she? Can you try to get her to drink water and eat some moistened chicken feed plus a little scrambled egg? Poultry NutriDrench or vitamin/electrolytes may be helpful.

Do you have a picture of how she looks now? Is her crop empty and flat, full, hard, doughy, or puffy/soft? Is her tail position up or down? Have you seen any odd looking or shell-less eggs?
