How long have you been feeding her and the others scratch grains?

A few weeks. I’ve been feeding her before medicated chick starter. Then I mixed it with scratch grains.

Scratch grains should not make up more than 10% of their diet, they need to be eating starter/grower feed right away. I bet that's why she's like this, she's not getting enough protein and nutrition.

Try and get starter/grower with at least 20% protein, they should have more protein right now because they're not getting enough.

She just laying on the ground. I gave her water and she drank a little.
