My 6 year old Delaware is being super lethargic, has a very large soft crop, but her beak does not smell sour, she hasn’t laid an egg in at least 2 years and it was about 60 degrees outside side today so it couldn’t be frost bite. She also has no unusual lumps or scars anywhere. I don’t know what I should do any suggestions would be helpful.

Is her stool normal? Like is there any blood? Give her 4 drops of Poultry Nutri-Drench a day orally, and u can also use Vitamin E to help with whatever is wrong..

# 1 I see an overgrown top beak...makes it hard for her to eat, you can clip that back with toenail or dog nail clippers to where it lines up with the bottom beak like it SHOULD be.
# 2 have you ever de-wormed her?
#3 ( I agree with Purelychicks here ) get her on some vitamins and electrolytes asap until you can " hopefully" save her with a positive treatment protocol.

I agree that her top beak is very overgrown. Also curious what her stool looks like. If she can't eat well she might have green poop which is an indication she is starving

Like above, starting with vitamins you help.

Has she eaten or drank anything? Her crop empty at night like it's supposed to? How long has she had these symptoms, did they just start?

You could mix up a mash for her, or give her raw egg.

Also, what happened to her beak?

I have dewormed her and I have tried to give her vitamins with a syringe but she didn’t swallow much
