Hi this chicken is approximately 3 months old. The past few days I’ve noticed her to be very lethargic and wobbly when walking. There is also a substantial feather loss I. Her back and under her wings but is starting to grow back. Any advice or ideas. I k ow that there are older chickens that I had before her are a little mean to the younger ones. She is from a group of 5 added to the flock and she is the only one with this issue. Thank you in advice for the advice.

This is just a few guesses , is she lethargic ? Wobbly/unsteady on her feet? That could be lack of protein and she needs vitamin E and selenium , if her poop is off it could be coccidiosis. Have you checked for lice/mites/fleas?

Check for mites/lice; under wings, vent area ... dust with Garden & Poultry Dust (permethrin 25%) also check the rest of the flock and treat them and the coop/nest boxes.
Is she eating/drinking/pooping?
What are you feeding? Rooster Booster/Poultry Cell would be a good vitamin to start with, if it's a vitamin deficiency.
Corid 9.6% ... You could start her and the flock on treatment for Coccidiosis, won't hurt if it's. Did you feed Medicated Starter?

No mites from that I can tell and the rest of the flock clean and healthy. Just ordered rooster cell should have it in the morning. She is wobbly on her feet so I separated her from the rest of the flock. Has her own food, water, dried mealworms and fresh cut tomatoes to help her get an energy boost until the rooster booster comes in.
