Red, irritated vent and bottom

One of my hens has these inflamed looking follicles and I also noted that the top edge of her vent is red and irritated like a diaper rash. She otherwise appears normal.

What’s going on?

The end of the follicles, what's that white build up? I can't sell if it's pus or nits

it’s not pus, it’s dry, like dry skin?
