Shes been acting weird past 3 days. Very lethargic, closing eyes while standing/laying down. Not drinking/eating much. Not laying eggs. Not foraging or being super social with the others. I checked for mites, lice, etc ... didn't see anything. I have these 2 pix of her poops. Inside one is yesterday, outside one is from 30min ago. Please help 🙏! Shes 1.5yrs old RIR

Have you noticed any signs of molting? How does her crop feel first thing in the morning—empty and flat, full, firm, or puffy? Is her tail position up or down? Have you wormed her recently? A picture of her might help. I would try tempting her to eat with a little scrambled egg and moistened watery chicken feed which will get more watery into her. If you have some NutriDrench or vitamins/electrolytes, those may be helpful.

I agree with Eggcessive, a picture would be helpfull, have you noticed her lay soft eggs? Has she even started? How old is she, and what breed?
Rhode Island Red. 1.5yrs old. Yes has been laying eggs beautifully for past year up until 4 days ago when this all started. No i have not dewormed. I give them ACV, oregano, basil, garlic, etc .. daily. My other 8 hens all seem fine and they're not pecking on her or causing attraction to her like something is wrong either.

I can’t see the crop, but she doesn’t appear to be molting. ACV and herbs will not treat an actual worm infestation. I would use Valbazen 1/2 ml (or 3/4 ml if she is 7 or more pounds,) given orally once and repeat it in 10 days. She could be having some sort of reproductive disorder, or the summer heat might be getting to her. It is hot there? Try offering some scrambled egg, moistened chicken feed, or a small amount of tuna if she will eat. Check her crop first thing in the morning to see if it is emptying overnight.

In addition to deworming her, I would also start giving Caclium Citrate+D3 once daily. You can find this in the vitamin aisle of Walmart, CVS, etc.

Give 1 whole tablet (300-600mg depending on the product you choose) once daily, just pull down on the wattles, pop the tablet in and let her swallow.

Thanks for all the advice. Whats your opinions on Corid? I just started giving to my entire flock yesterday just to be safe. Everyone is good, except for this 1 hen. Shes still very mopey. Barely eating/drinking. Isolating herself, its almost like she seems lost? Poops are all white and runny (yesterday evening pic). Im at loss of whats going on.

Corid won't hurt them even if you aren't dealing with Coccidiosis.
