Sick Chicken!

We found this girl just laying in the run, closing her eyes a lot. Yesterday she sounded hoarse but haven’t really heard her today yet.
We isolated her and put some Vetrx in her water, thinking it’s respiratory due to her purple comb. Any thoughts on what we could do for her? She’s 2 years old.

She needs to drink her comb looks very dry. Give her a little bit of sugar water, cooked egg and some Nutridrench. Is she open mouth breathing? Does she have a crop at all? What does her droppings look like? When was the last she layed? Check her for mite/lice. Looks like she is getting pecked on.
