sick chicken

one of my chickens was very limp, i noticed she had pasty but after i got it all off she was able to stand but she is very pale and actually has been pale for quite a while but i wasnt sure that indicated anything, her poop was bright green before i washed her up what should i do? will i lose her?
edit: she has been just laying down she doesnt want to walk im praying for her. i noticed some poop in the nesting box we have her in so hopefully she gets to feeling better i also put some garlic oil in her water which she loved. when i was outback about an hour ago i picked up one of my other chickens and when she cooed or chirped or whatever they do some clear mucus came out her nose and went back up???? i really am hoping i dont have a sick flock or something.

Hi, how old are these chickens, and what is their diet?

Bright green poop can be from not eating or eating a lot of greens solely. It can mean other things too though.

they are like 2 years old and they eat scratch, organic crumbles and pellets, fruits and veg scraps, high protein grains, etc but i was just back there and they all seem fine. my chicken i have isolated is really not feeling good she cant stand at all but seems like she keeps nodding off then waking up. i noticed when she pooped again it was green, she keeps smelling so bad i just gave her another bath and am currently swaddling her i dont know what else to do for her
