it started about 3 days ago when she had dirty vent.I cleaned her vent and cut her feathers around her vent and doctored her vent because it was inflammed. She has not had any discharge anywhere, her comb is really dark red almost purple on the tips. I put her back in the coop yesterday she was able to walk to on her own. this morning i went to let them out, and found her away from the others, in the run almost froze to the wall of the run, i picked her up and put her in a warm epsom salt bath (which she has had a total of 3 in the last 3 days). She is now lethargic, wings are drooping, unable to stand, and tired. We have only had these chickens for about 5-6 months and have been getting about 1-2 eggs a day, i dont know if she is our primary egg layer, but she is the only one i have seen in the nesting boxes at times. We have not gotten any eggs for atleast 2 days, so i feel she is presenting with symptoms of being egg bound. We have massaged her abdomen, lubricated her vent, epsom salt baths. She is currently soaking in one right now,
DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ADVICE. I have already consulted 3 different vets and they all tell me they dont really deal with chickens. I dont want to lose her if anybody has anything for me please reach out

So sorry about your hen.

How old is she and what is her breed?

In case she is eggbound, get some calcium citrate +D3 and give her one tablet every day.
Epsom salt baths can definitely help, but with a very sick chicken it can do more harm than good, so I would stop those.
Typically hens can't last more than 48 hours being egg bound, so if its been more than 2 days since an egg she might not be egg bound.
I'm going to guess its something reproductive, which is extremely common in hens, especially high production ones.

I'm also going to assume she's not eating and drinking, so I would try "torpedo feeding". That'll get food and water into her. If you have anything like Nutri-Drench, Poultry Cell, or electrolytes, give them to her. Keep her in a warm and quiet place.

Does she have any labored breathing? Is her abdomen bloated (under the vent and behind the legs)?
Do you have any antibiotics on hand?

Okay, try the torpedo feeding.

I recommend getting Baytril (enrofloxacin), it's a stronger antibiotic, it saved one of my hens!

Also how do her droppings look? That's important and can tell a lot.
