sick chicken

I have a Dark Brahma pullet about 14 weeks old that is sick. I have no idea what is wrong with her. I found her off huddled in a corner by herself. She is weak but she is alert. A little pale though. Eyes, nostrils, and vent are clear. I can't find any lice or mites. Breathing is even and not raspy. She feels very hot to the touch. I gave her an injection of liquimycin because that is what I have on hand. Any ideas on what it could be and what to do about it? She is inside and bedded on shavings. The litter is clean and dry. She is in a pen with about two dozen other pullets.

She sure sounds like she has an infection, but I know not enough to help you.

I can only suggest giving her PolyViSol without Iron drops to help keep up her energy.

Is she eating and drinking well?
