Sick chicken!

My one hen seems to have something wrong with her. She walks sort of like a penguin, like waddles side to side. Her poop is dark watery green that gets stuck to her behind. What could be wrong with her?

To add more detail:
She seems fine. She is active and eating properly. Her tail feathers are a bit lower than the other hens that are sticking straight up.

EGG BOUnd???? Have to look up or search threads on here. Sorry I dont have more info. Penguin waddle is almost always egg bound. Can you feel any lumps in her lower tummy buttox area?

Well, she is still alive, with a pasty butt. How long can she be eggbound before dieing?
