Sick Chicken?

I have a 4-month old Americana. All the other chickens in the coop seem healthy and energetic. One seems to be lethargic (she's moving slowly), but she's eating and drinking. I have noticed that her breast seems to be much larger than the others and the best way to describe is that her neck has seemed to shorten. Any ideas on what this could be?

Sounds like possible crop impaction. How does her crop feel?
Where exactly is the swelling?

It's very soft, not hard. Maybe gas build-up?

Could be a sour crop, or partial impaction. Do a search for Sour Crop.
