Sick Chicken

I went out yesterday afternoon and my favorite little Cochin/ameraucana mix was on her side. We got her up and made sure she had plenty to drink. Last night we found her under a car in the drive and brought her in to her roost. This morning we have had to upright her several times, even found her on her back once! She can not seem to walk and the kids and I are really scared. Does anyone have any ideas, we are new to chickens and this is our first sick one!

Have you checked for injuries? Broken bones?

I'm really not sure what it could be. Are there any other symptoms at all?
