Sick Chicken

I just bought 2 laying hens from the market yesterday and one of them whet thru all the motions of egg laying, but didnt lay anything. She smells funny( like ear wax) and is dripping clear fluid from her vent. She is also making noices when she is breathing. Can anybody help. I am new at this. I have her isolated in a cage away from the rest of the chickens. She is also missing all the feathers from her hehind.

My first thought is she is egg bound, please check out the egg bound link to get the info to help ion that. I am sure there is probably more, but I Hope that helps.
