Sick chicken

My 2 roosters got in a fight and one got his eye hurt now it's all swollen and has puss coming out so how do I treat this?

lay him on his side to relax him and flush the eye with saline as best you can. then I would put an anti-biotic like Terramycin eye ointment on it. I would clean it oce a day and add the ointment until it starts to look healthy again. if you think the other ones going to pick on it more I would separate the birds if possible
