sick chicken

My barred rock pullet has been sick for well over a week. I isolated her from the flock (in the warm house) as soon as I discovered her eyes matted shut and raspy breathing. Thought it was coryza. None of the other chickens came down with it. She hasn't eaten in all the time I've had her in, nor taken water. Hasn't pooped for three days now. Mostly quiet and opened one eye after about a week inside. But now there seems to be blood (from sputum?). I've seen it in her bed. Her eyes seem to be foaming and foam from her mouth. Could this be the last stages of coryza, or something else? It doesn't look like she's going to make it
