We were given 5 chickens this christmas. The chickens vary in ages and one turned out to be a rooster. The one hen was laying regularly until about a week ago. She has become increasingly lethargic, is not eating, and now has drainage. I've also noticed her tail feathers are kind of "droopy". She has not layed at all either. This is our first flock of chickens and are looking for any thoughts and/or advice. I tried my best to get a few pictures of her...

You should do a thorough exam, which includes checking the inside of her vent for a stuck egg. Also check for mites and lice. Has she been wormed? Can you post a picture of her poop?

I see corid on tractor supply's website, but it says for bovine use. Is there one specifically for chickens?

The cattle one is fine. The 20% powder dose for chickens is 1.5 teaspoons per gallon (.024%) for 5-7 days, 9.6% liquid dose for chickens is 2 teaspoons per gallon for 5-7 days. Needs to be only source of drinking water, make fresh daily.
