Sick chicken

I only have a couple of hens. One of the hens got sick recently, symptoms started with diarrhea and now she is walking backwards in circles, wings drooping, very lethargic, weak and her comb is flaking. She is pretty much refusing food now. Any ideas? The other hen is fine.
We do have alot of other birds in the yard frequently. Quail, doves, songbirds. Another possibility is she might have ingested ivy... is this toxic?

Definitely post in the Emergencies section that Yorkshire coop linked to. It sounds like she may have a neurological problem.

Is there a chance she has had a head injury? Or gotten into moldy food or rodent poison? Is it possible to take her to a vet? I don't think she has the time to wait for replies about her condition.
