Sick Chicken

Hi everyone! I woke up this morning, and found my 4-month old chicken spitting saliva and she was not moving (i think it's female, but still not really sure), she could hardly open her eyes and her body is swollen. I have no idea what's going on with her, can anyone help me?? It's an emergancy!

Could she have an impacted crop? Where is she swollen--it her chest, lower abdomen, or is she puffed up looking? Impacted crop can occur if they are long strands of grass or other material stuck in her crop. That can bcome rotted and can then progress to sour crop, when you may see a hen spitting up foul smelling liquid. For impacted crop you need to stop food and give her only water for 24 hours, while massaging her crop. Here is a good link or two to read about crop problems:
