Hi there! :frow And :welcome I am very sorry to hear abut your chickens :hugs

Okay, here are some questions that could help us figure out what's going on:

When did your chickens first start showing signs of sickness?
What type and brand of feed are you feeding them?
How old is your feed?
Any moldy feed out?
Are your feeders and waterers clean?
Is your coop well ventilated?
When was the last time you changed the bedding in your coop?
What type of bedding do you use?

Sounds similar to fowl pox o_O

It started about a week ago..corn chops and layer mash..newly bought feed..no mold..clean waterers and feeders..yes it is well ventilated..pine shavings for bedding

If you can post some pictures of the droppings and of the spots on the comb it would help.
Runny nose I would suspect a respiratory infection, foamy yellow droppings can be from that, or internal parasites, or less common kidney problems. Spots could be pox, could be pecking injuries, thus a picture would help. If you are dealing with a respiratory infection then a vet visit would be best to ID which one, viral or bacterial, and get the best medication for that particular one. Worst case, if you lose another I would save the body and send for necropsy, which would also ID what you are dealing with, especially since you have lost several with the same symptoms.
