Sick chickens and nothing is working!

Help! I have 7 chickens in my back yard. Two died, so I gave the rest dewormer and a course of antibiotics. Everyone tells me that it's the heat (I'm in Austin, TX), but I have been giving them electrolytes and they have a fan. I have done TONS of research and simply cannot figure out what is going on!

I have a new sick one, same symptoms as before, listless and sleepy to the point today that he has lost balance and can't walk, although he still wants to eat. He seemed fine a couple of days ago, and it hasn't been as hot as before for the last few days. Any ideas?

My chickens sleep in a coop and free-range during the day. I can't think of anything toxic that they could get to.

I have isolated the sick one, but am really concerned that others will get sick too! My silkies are all sleeping more than usual, which I chalked up to the heat, but now I'm worried!

I recommend that if another one of your birds die, get a necropsy performed to find out what you're dealing with. You can contact your local extension office or state department of agriculture to find out how to go about doing this.
