Sick chickens with a swollen eye and nasal discharge please help! New at raising chickens! :(

Hes a 3 month old male australorp. Iv been treating them for three days with Duramycin ,Vetrx and Vetericyn for his eye.Iv separated the two sick chickens they both have nasal discharge,watery droppings and one has a swollen eye.The swelling has not gone down at all .Any advice on any other treatments would be appreciated if these fail to work.

tylon 50 will fix it in a day or two, give the bird a half ml of it in the top of the neck with a needle. pierce the needle just under the skin of the neck, you dont have to go in very far. you have a respirtory illness.
