Sick chickens

We got babies this spring and all was doing well. Then we went to a live stock auction and got a couple more. Apparently one was sick and it is spreading. The original chick we bought has already died. Systyms are like a cold. Coughing and sneezing Very little egg production. I have been putting antibiotics in their water for about a week. We have not lost anymore but symptoms are still present. What do I need to do?
