Sick chickie?

I have a 10-ish week bantam that had a really hoarse sounding voice today. I am really worried about her. Is this normal? I know it is hard to diagnose something you can't hear, but I thought I would post while I was thinking about it. It was not the typical higher pitched cheeps that they normally make. She was doing this when I picked her up to put her away for the night.

My chicks did this when they were congested, but you would here sneezing/coughing/rattling too.
