image.jpg Two days ago one of my 10 week old chicks was ver groggy the next day he died. Now one of the other chicks(also boy) is groggy. I don’t know what to give them. They have Vitamins and electrolytes in their water. There was one piece of red poop in their coop -not sure who it was from. The red one is the sick one.

They could have worms. Try Corrid in their water without the stuff you are putting in now. I would do in quickly and after it is mixed take a syringe and dribble a good amount on their beaks. So they drink it. No to much at a time. You don’t want him to choke. Hope this helps!

Welvin is still alive, when i picked him up water spilled out of his mouth. his gizzard has been squishy and full scince yesterday i think. two of the baby silkies are now acting a bit groggy:th

the Corid only has directions for calves and that's 8OZ for 100 gal of water. I have a quart and a gallon waterier in their coop.

how much do I put in their water and since they are chicks do I put a smaller amount of corid in their water?

I read on a BYC post
if it is 9.6% oral solution corid you will mix 9.5ml corid to a gallon of water. That was for laying hens. Since your birds are young maybe do 8.5ml of corid to a gallon of water. I hope the do better. :fl
