Does anyone one know to to treat swelling eyes or sore eye for small chicks less than a pound? Help please!

Vetericyn ophthalmic gel helps with minor irritation, but it won't "cure" anything. Are there any other issues other than the swollen eyes? The chicks eating/drinking ok?

Yes they eat and drink but except the swelling eyes and pose. I don't want to lay it off it's a poor thing I want to help them.

I don't know if you're offering them any supplements, but if you haven't been giving them any it couldn't hurt, to help pep them up. Something like Poultry Nutri-Drench or Rooster Booster or Sav-a-chik if that's all you can find.
