Sick chicks

Ok so the other day (3 to be exact) we had 5 baby chicks born!
3 of them are FINE!
However there are 2 that aren't!

The first one is so small and its eyes are "covered" with the "egg white" stuff it is dried on him and he just lays around. he is making no attempt to walk.
The other one is fine. Healthy looking and acting except his leg joints are red and swollen and he will not and can not stand up at all. It just lays around.
Any idea what this may be?

they have some neurological damage and probably won't make it
you can go to walmart and buy some
vitE oil and Vit B complex oil and give each bird three times a day a drop in its beak
so that they can get some help with their system
also won't a wash rag with very warm water in it get the egg white off the chicks head?
