sick chicks

I have been loosing babies . They get swolen eyes and their noses run like faucets . I quarentine as soon as symptoms appear and then they die. Now a third chick is coming down with it. I wipe their eyes with warm water to clean off the pus and have been useing vetrx to no avail , does anybody have any helpful ideas ?

Bought 4 feathered chicks from a chicken sale in pearl river louisiana and didnt know about new bird quarentine procedures . Now iv lost two of those chicks and have a younger chick coming down with it . Didnt even think about getting the guys info
