Sick chook

Please help. My chicken had been looking a little lethargic over the last few days, although still eating and drinking. Yesterday I added apple cider vinegar to her water. Today she is all hunched and unhappy. When I picked her up, discoloured water came out of her mouth, it appeared that there was a collection of fluid in her breast cavity. Her three other friends appear fine. What can I do to help her?
