One of my Red chicken is sick. What do I do? She is weak and looks bloated, she does not eat grains, loves some cooked meat, has yellow runny ****. Sits still a lot. The other chicken are pecking her gently, as if wanting to clean her from something that I can not see. I give her garlic and "diatomaceous earth" against worms.
What else can i do?

I am assuming her abdomen is bloated and not her crop???

If her abdomen is bloated and she is passing yellow runny poo, you might consider ruling out this if she is old enough to lay:

please note this webpage is for all birds and not just chickens so some material might not apply

Does she lay eggs? I have no experience with this, but just wanted you to have that website in case it helps.

How old is the flock? I have seen that kind of poo with worms, too. Some vets will do a fecal test for worms for a small fee, but false negatives are possible.

Thanx for the reply.
Yes, she was laying eggs for years.
She stopped a year ago with once a while tinny eggs with only egg-white. So I don't think she is having egg-yellow in het diarea.
I'm afraid that she has sour crop.
Up to now, I have not managed to get it out .... It seems to hard to massage out.
I just gave her 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and Bicarbonate in her drinking water.
In the morning I'll try to massage her crop empty.
Not much smell from her beak more from behind as she has diarea.
She looks to weak to take her to a vet.
What else can we do?

Ah, just to update this.
Thanks for the support.
I went to the vet, who said that there is no sour crop in this area.....Good to know.
I got medicines against the worms ( Colli ?) and diarea.
The good news is she is perking up; Tail up, red crown stands more up.
And she eats a bit more, lots of yoghurt.
