Sick cockerel

My cockerel has been sneezing the odd time so when I brought him in I discovered bumblefoot. I treated him and cleaning every day.
Today he came out of the run ok but now has just been laying around and not doing his usual stuff.
I’m wondering now what could be wrong, he seems to be moulting also.

He could just be feeling not great from moulting. Is he eating and drinking regular? How does his poop look and how does his comb and wattles look?
