Sick Comet and Lame Leg

Hello, I'm new. I have a 5 year old Comet who developed a lame leg but who also has other symptoms - complete lethargy, low appetite, greenish droppings. Head, comb, wattles OK. Actually took her to a vet, he put her on an anti-inflammatory to help the leg, but I am worried because there is no change. I have read that green droppings indicate disease. Any thoughts ??

Thank you for responses, (and the welcome.) The vet checked for worms but there was so little solid matter to check - they did not find any evidence. I confess I have not wormed them before, and not sure what to buy - I will have to check around. The other 5 hens are healthy so I hope this is an isolated case. I have her in an "isolation ward" in the garage, she is kept warm and comfortable, but not improving. She is eating about a 1/4 cup of cooked corn, a few bits of oatmeal, that is it. This is my first sick chicken in 5 years, so I have been very lucky considering all that can go wrong.
