We have our one Dominique she's around 9 months old we noticed her sitting alone puffed up with her eyes closed she seems to be pretty lethargic and her eyes are kind of hazy I'm not sure where to begin for treatment

How long has she been like this? Is she laying eggs?
Could you take a photo of her poop?
Is she eating and drinking?

Today's the first day we noticed her like this we will have to try and separate her from the rest of the flock to figure out more details. It's hard to see in the pictures but her eyes are foggy she's always tucking her head in her wings, she doesn't like to open her eyes

Her eyes aren’t bubbly, which is the usual sign of a respiratory infection. When did she last lay an egg? She could be egg bound

In this picture the eye doesn't look right, it may be the way the light is hitting it, or reflection, but it appears injured, she may have been pecked in the eye. I would flush it out well with sterile saline and use some terramycin eye ointment in the eye a couple of times a day to prevent infection. If you cannot get, or do not have terramycin you can use plain neosporin, but the terramycin would be my first choice. If you zoom in on the eye, this picture or the original you can see what appears to be an injury to the cornea and there may be a small flap or cut.
