Sick Duck-help

Today, my duck was lying down and didn't want to come out. Very unusual. She had foamy eyes for a bit. She is making a weird clicking noise while she breathes. Like she is congested. I attached a video. Her tail is down. She is pooping fine. I'm not sure what is going on with her. Any advice would be great. Thank you.

When did she last lay? What's her diet?
She might have some issues laying, do you have any calcium citrate?

If she's pooping, she's not egg bound, but she might have an egg she needs to pass since her tail is down. Any fluid in her abdomen?

I'm also wondering if she's got a respiratory thing going on.

Does she lay eggs ? If so when was her last time ?
What is her diet
Feed , treats , oyster shells for calcium and grit ?
Is she limping on a leg ?
I just had a girl who’s tail was down and I could hear her breathing hard
When she got up she used her wing to balance then limped really hard favouring her left leg
I had a vet appointment for her sister the next morning and tagged her along to have it checked
Nothing broken but was sprained
Gave Medicam and 3 days later she is putting weight on it and hardly limping now
Usually the tail down and heavy breathing means something is off

Hi I am new to having baby ducks and I just have some questions I think one of my ducks are sick she has clear mucus coming out her nose and I tried giving her water and she’s making weird noises like she’s throwing up and she’s trying to get the mucus out and her eye is red and blood shot and she seems to not be able to move around very much if you have any advice on how I can take care of her please let me know thank you!!

It might be best to make a new post, pictures of the eye may also be useful.

Mucus, unusual sounds, and eye problems could indicate a respiratory illness.
An injury or something caught in her throat are also possibilities.
