I have a 5 month old female pekin duck. Last night we walked a little unsteady. This am she was walking like she was drunk. Tonite she is able to still walk but falls almost immediately. We have been giving her plenty of fresh water all day and brought her in the house to swim in the tub. She was still eating at that time. I have been offering water every hour and she does drink. Not eating a lot. Poop of diarrhea and looks like jalepeno jelly! What do I do

The diarrhea along with weakness and falling down sound more like coccidiosis. Botulism is very common in ducks, but causes paralysis of the legs, wings, and neck over a short period of time. The flushes will help botulism, but could cause dehydration and diarrhea which may already be a problem, if the reason for sickness is coccidiosis. Corid or amprollium would be good to use to treat for cocci, and it is harmless if cocci is not the problem. Until you can get it, electrolytes in the water (or pedialyte, gatorade,) would be good to dip her beak into every few minutes.
