Genetics and the amount of microflora in the birds gut can affect whether they will be affected by being fed a niacin deficient diet, not uncommon at all to see only one bird affected out of the whole flock. Could you post a video of her doing the hunching over movement?

After the pool it’s very watery but after about 20 minutes after a swim it goes back to her normal solid poops
