Sick duck-please help!

Hello I have a 2 year old(maybe) female duck that is not doing well. I found her a few days ago lying on the ground on the coop getting trampled on so I brought her inside and put her in my bathtub… her eyes are sunken in, wet and she won’t open them. She is very weak and tired. I brought her in for the night and she bounced right back and was flying around my bathroom so I brought her back out to find her again the same way the next day. So she’s in my tub once again! She is eating and drinking (with help because she can’t see) her one wing is dropping now and I’m really worried about her. No coughing or sneezing that I’ve seen from watching her. Her poop seems a little off too so I’ve attached a picture of that and her eyes. She just is lying in the same spot eating, drinking, pooping just looks exhausted.. I’m at a total loss

Can you take her to a vet? It sounds like she got into something toxic. I wouldn't put her back out with the rest of the flock for a while even after she seems better to give her lots of time to recuperate. However, sometimes ducks do better with a pal. Do you have another duck she's bonded with that you could bring in with her? I wouldn't pick a drake though.
Speaking of drakes, how many ducks do you have and do you have drakes?

The only time I've seen something like this was with lead poisoning. However, I would highly recommend a vet to get a proper diagnosis.

Since she was being trampled maybe too many drakes got hold of her. They can really mess up the eyes especially if more than one drake is after her.
Have you cleaned her eyes and used any type of ointment in them? terramycin eye ointment is a really good one TSC usually carries it. You can make up a saline solution to rinse her eyes out.
How many drakes to females do you have? If she is rambunctious enough to fly around your bathroom maybe putting her into a dog crate with nice bedding and food and water would help. I def wouldn't put her back outside for now .
Eating and drinking sure sounds good.
I'm not expert on poop since I see all kinds of poop here having ducks chickens and geese. Maybe she just wasn't able to find food when she was outside.
If you can have a vet examine her that would be good. But clean her eyes up and then post another picture please.
