SICK DUCK SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi I am new to having baby ducks and I just have some questions I think one of my ducks are sick she has clear mucus coming out her nose and I tried giving her water and she’s making weird noises like she’s throwing up and she’s trying to get the mucus out and her eye is red and blood shot and she seems to not be able to move around very much if you have any advice on how I can take care of her please let me know thank you!!

It seems like she’s stuck like that and she can barely move and she makes noise anytime she opens her mouth like the mucus is stuck inside

Yes there is a bowl of fresh water at all times that gets changed at least 3 times a day!!
 
This posture looks a lot like stargazing to me which is a vitamin E or a B1 deficiency.


What feed is the duckling on?
Do you have a tractor supply or feed store nearby?


A respiratory infection is still possible, if you have antibiotics on hand they could be useful. This looks pretty severe so if a vet is at all possible that would be best.
