Is she able to move her head/neck?
What feed is she on, any treats and do they have grit?

Thank you for the advice it really helped I put out a different bowl that is deeper and I ran her under the sink with warm water to make sure she was cleaning her eyes and getting water and I cleaned out the cage and she’s already doing alot better!! Thank you sm for being a big help I will continue to give updates!!

She is old enough you can bath them everyday too
I used warm water (not hot ) where I can’t feel it on my wrist
I start my babies on day 3
They will dunk the head , blow bubbles and sneeze to clear out the nares. So don’t panic if you see that
I would then take paper towel to dry them as it absorbs water.
Then put her by heat and she will start to preen and use her oil gland

Also I would add extra vitamins as others have said
Nutritional yeast 1tbs to 1cup feed till 12 weeks
Add poultry cell or Nutridrench as well
I would add it to a smaller bowl of water as an extra once a day
Or take a few drops and just put it on the tongue
