Yes if they are able but they won’t, you have to eat to live. Is she still not eating. If you get the baby bird food and use the tools you got yesterday you can help her.

She was starting to eat good yesterday. She can do it, but now she’s stopped again. She will only eat tomatoes. If she gets too hungry will she eventually eat? She physically CAN do it.

At least eating tomatoes she getting some liquid. Is she drinking? If you mix feed in with the tomatoes will she eat? Maybe just a little feed to start with?

Dehydration and starvation are usually what kills a sick duck. Do you have a scale to weigh her on? It's a good idea to weigh them daily. If they lose 5% of their body weight they need to be tube fed.

At least eating tomatoes she getting some liquid. Is she drinking? If you mix feed in with the tomatoes will she eat? Maybe just a little feed to start with?

She drinks on her own for the most part. I dip the tomatoes in food so a little is on them. I don’t think she’s getting enough though. She still cleans herself and everything. She cares for herself.

She was actually at the vets for a couple days. My vet went away for a week though.

What do you think is wrong?
An egg bound bird usually won't eat because they can't poop. What goes in must come out.

What does her poop look like? Did the vet prescribe antibiotics?

I honestly would do some tube feeding. It will help her get back on her feet so to speak and she sounds like she could use the extra.
