Sick duck

Hi so I have a pekin duck, who at birth had a deformed bill. He had a few problems here and thee but he always got better. Yesterday I noticed how tired he was but just thought not much about it. Today i can see there is a major problem, he can't walk, he won't eat, and always has his eyes closed or partly open. I don't know what to do becuase his bill is crooked so it makes it hard for me to put anything there. Please help
