Sick duck!

Did you give charcoal, if so, how much and how often?
Does she have access to oyster shells?
Does her abdomen look/feel abnormally swollen?
Niacin is always a great thing to try, but maybe also add some nutridrench to her water since shes off her food.
You mention somewhere along the thread I think, that you're worried about one of her legs?
Have you felt her leg/checked for heat, swelling? I recently had one of my girls hurt her leg, and I didnt notice any heat or swelling but the vet confirmed it was a sprain. I gave her aspirin and that helped her regain her appetite.

You can try an aspirin- a 75mg dose for a larger breed, 45mg for a medium sized breed.
You can put the tablet into half a grape, blueberry, or hidden in a tablespoon of wet oats, or egg, whatever she will take.

Your vet should be able to prescribe some pain medication for her. My vet gave us a simple pain meds and anti inflammatory that is usually given to dogs. It worked much better than aspirin.
I gave her charcoal last week after I first found her. Every few hours for the first day. She doesn’t has access to oyster shell at this time while inside. But outside they do and they free range on 3 acres. She doesn’t appear swollen but is losing weight. I’m using nutri drench in her water and niacin capsules broken open. Would Childrens ibuprofen work for pain?

I agree I would start tube feeding immediately. Are you using flush or flush free niacin? What brand/type of vitamins are you giving her? Adding vitamins to water is great for preventive measures, but when they are showing signs of an ailment I have always seen the best results dosing orally with a syringe. Diluting in water doesn't ensure that they are receiving the correct amount needed. Another thing that I have found over the years is that not all supplements are created equal. Years ago I had a duck who started acting wobbly and I used regular niacin capsules diluted in water with no luck. I went to tractor supply and picked up Durvet's B complex and started dosing her orally with a syringe. She perked up by the end of the day and by the next she was showing improvement. She ended up making a full recovery.
I’m not sure what you mean by the flush or flush free. I’m using Niacin capsules broken open and nutridrench. Both in her water since she’s still drinking like crazy. I plan on starting the tube feedings this weekend. Thought about bringing one of her friends inside to perk her up? She seems lonely/depressed so I thought maybe that’s why she isn’t eating

niacin comes in two forms: flush free and flush effect.
If you check the packaging it should say what it is on the front. If it doesn't say, it is probably flush effect.

They need flush effect, as flush free is a slow release form and they cannot absorb it the same way.

Since she's losing weight, she's only going to get weaker. I would start tube feeding today

I would give her access to osyter shells and grit asap.
Since she hasnt had any in a while, I dont think it would hurt to give her a dose of calcium gluconate if you havent already. Incase this is related to egg production.

I went to my local clinic and grabbed supplies to start tube feeding. Going to the feed store to see if they have baby bird feed. If not what should I use? Her normal duck feed just wet down? Seems like it would be hard to push through

Just add enough water to her regular feed to make a slurry. It should liquify fairly easily.

If you wet the food plenty, and let it soak, it should turn into watery kind of mash. Nice n soupy.
